Exercise to prevent urination


Urinary incontinence or urimary incontinence is an embarrassing problem for the elderly.
Women suffer more from this problem than men.
Urinary tract is not a disease.
In women, pregnancy,childbirth, menstruation, uterus, etc, may cause the pelvic floor muscles to 
weaken and fall down.
This may cause the problem.

This problem is caused by men having prostate gland, prostate cancer, etc.
With increasing age, urinay tract and urinary tract muscles become weak and their ability to hold urine diminishes.
Excess weight, some neurological disorders (parkinson's, stroke, brain tumors, multiple sclerosis  spinal cord injury,) uncontrolled diabetes, urinary tract infections can also occur.


The solution 

If there is a specific reason, it has to be resolved .
Keep the weight under control.
Quit smoking and build a Healthy diet.
Eat fried food.
Exercise pelvic floor regulary to minimize problems.
By regularly exercising various types of exercises and electrical stimulators, 
the  muscles of the pelvicfloor can be greatly reduced in 4 to 5 weeks.

Exercise to prevent urination

Learn some exercises



Pelvic floor= Sit on a chair first.
Keep the spine straight and lean forward.
Now compress the muscles needed to hold urine.
Stay in this position for 1 to 5 seconds.
Now release the compressed muscle.
Repeat the entire process 3 to 5 times and 3 times a day.
You can do another exercise.
Lie down on a tight bed and fold your knees.
Now put a football in the gap between  the wo knees and hold it for 5 seconds and release.
Repeat the entire process 3 to 5 times and 3 times a day.

Bridging= Fold two knees with a straight heart.
Now lift the waist up, hold for 5 seconds and release.
Do this 3 times a day and 3 to 5 times each time.


Electrical stimulation;

This method involves strengthening the pelvic floor muscles by stimulating 
the electrodes inside the rectus or vagina.

Bladder Training= Practice urinating 5 minutes after the onset of urine velocity.

Double voiding; After waiting for some time after urinate again.
In addition, if urine does not have velocity, try to urinate for 2 to 5 hours.
